Pool Pavilion Rentals are Open for the 2025 Season

Rental Fees:

• Full Pavilion - $25 for three hours.  Payable within 3 days of rental confirmation email.
• Guest fee - $5 for each non-member entering the gate regardless of if they are swimming
• • No charge for children under the age of 1
  • Refunds will not be given for no-show guests
• Lifeguard Fees: Parties with more than 25 non-member guests are hire an additional lifeguard. As of May 2025, the rate is $30/hour for per lifeguard with a 4 hour minimum per lifeguard. Lifeguard request must be made at least 7 days in advance. Parties that meet this requirement will not be allowed if a lifeguard is not secured.  Lifeguard requirements and rates are subject to change at any time.
• Note: Rental is not confirmed until your rental fee has been received and your name has been added to the calendar.  If your rental fee is not received within 3 days of your confirmation email, your name will be removed from the calendar and your date will be open to other members.

Requests are typically responded to within 5 days.  All requests must be made at least 7 days in advance.

Reservation Rules:

• Only members may rent the pool pavilion.
• The BWBC member must be present for the entire rental.
• No rentals on holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day). 
• Renters may only use the pavilion for the 3 hours reserved. This includes set up and clean up time.  Additional time slots may be rented if you would like a longer rental.  Please submit two separate requests.
• Available rental times are 10 am-1pm, 2-5 pm, and 6-9 pm ONLY.  Please refer to the pool hours when choosing your time slot.
• Non-member guests will be charges the standard guest fee.  Please submit your final headcount no later than 3 days prior to your rental.
• Any event that has 25 or more non-member guests, regardless of age or swimming status, must hire additional lifeguards. To request additional lifeguards, please email brady@aquaticms.com.  Include the club name, date and time of your party.  This must be done at least 7 days in advance.
• All members and guests must follow all pool rules.
• For security and membership integrity, the front gate may not be propped open for guests. Propping the gate open may result in termination of your party with no refund.
• The BWBC member host is responsible for all clean up and taking all trash to the dumpster. Failure to leave the clubhouse in clean condition will result in a cleaning fee of $150.
